Favourable location in a modern area, close to the Pakistan, shops and places of interest, and the bridge across the property.

The fresh cream cakes at breakfast were a sweet start to every day, and I loved the clean, comfy vibe of the Beautiful Double or Twin Room! The modern bathroom with decent pressure.
I faced very slow Wi-Fi at times and had a bit of a hassle with bottled water charges during checkout. It felt a tad awkward having to remind staff for replenishments, which took away from the smoothness of my stay.

The room was nice, but the Wi-Fi was super slow .

The breakfast featured a decent selection, with options that included local flavors, highlighting a range of traditional dishes. The physical layout of the hotel could serve as a decent backdrop for travel while exploring the local cuisine.
Room cleanliness left much to be desired, with reports of dirty bathrooms and stained sheets. The lack of timely communication about room availability created unnecessary stress, especially for families traveling with children. The overall ambiance felt outdated with tired furniture in need of attention, and some showers struggled to provide consistent hot water.

The hotel boasts beautiful decor, especially in the lobby. The room featured a modern bathroom with great water pressure. Comfy parquet flooring. Breakfast varied with local dishes, and the omelettes were a good option. The staff, especially at Marco Polo restaurant, were great. I had a nice morning with a awesome breakfast, thanks to the professional service by Mam Aansa, who greeted us with a warm smile. There were a few hiccups. Wi-Fi took six hours to connect, inconvenient. The laundry service returned items slightly damp, and my credit card got charged three times due to a system issue. This caused a bit of a hassle, although I appreciated the staff's effort to resolve it. The stay had a comfortable ambiance with tasteful dining options nearby, yet I hope for smoother service in the future.

The staff were sweeter than molasses. The breakfast? My stars, those fresh pastries just hit the spot! Slept like a baby in that comfy bed. A quit louder at night, but I reckon that won't keep me from comin' back!

Room cleanliness and maintenance need better attention!!! It's disappointing when the bathroom lacks an extractor fan causing steam buildup. Oversights in communication regarding reserved rooms hurt the guest experience!!!
