The fresh cream cakes at breakfast were a sweet start to every day, and I loved the clean, comfy vibe of the Deluxe Double or Twin Room! The modern bathroom with decent pressure made my showers a retreat after a day of local culinary exploration.
However, I faced very slow Wi-Fi at times and had a bit of a hassle with bottled water charges during checkout. It felt a tad awkward having to remind staff for replenishments, which took away from the smoothness of my stay.

The breakfast featured a decent selection, with options that included local flavors, highlighting a range of traditional dishes. The physical layout of the hotel could serve as a decent backdrop for travel while exploring the local cuisine.
Room cleanliness left much to be desired, with reports of dirty bathrooms and stained sheets. The lack of timely communication about room availability created unnecessary stress, especially for families traveling with children. Additionally, the overall ambiance felt outdated with tired furniture in need of attention, and some showers struggled to provide consistent hot water.

The hotel boasts beautiful decor, especially in the lobby. The room featured a modern bathroom with great water pressure. Comfy parquet flooring. Breakfast varied with local dishes, and the omelettes were a delightful option. The staff, especially at Marco Polo restaurant, were welcoming and attentive. I had a memorable morning with a fantastic breakfast, thanks to the professional service by Mam Aansa, who greeted us with a warm smile. However, there were a few hiccups. Wi-Fi took six hours to connect, which was inconvenient. The laundry service returned items slightly damp, and my credit card got charged three times due to a system issue. This caused a bit of a hassle, although I appreciated the staff's effort to resolve it. Overall, the stay had a comfortable ambiance with tasteful dining options nearby, yet I hope for smoother service in the future.

10/10
The staff were sweeter than molasses, really made me feel at home. The breakfast? My stars, those fresh pastries just hit the spot! Slept like a baby in that comfy bed. A quit louder at night, but I reckon that won’t keep me from comin' back!

The Deluxe Double Room offered a refreshingly clean space, and I appreciated the helpful staff, especially during breakfast at the cafe. The assorted muffins were a delightful treat, but there were issues with the slow Wi-Fi that often made connecting frustrating. While the location is safe and well-connected, some aspects of service, especially regarding timely responses to requests, fell short of expectations.

Had a great time with my friends. We visited the beautiful Badshahi Mosque and enjoyed some delicious local food, definitely a highlight! The staff were really helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast was tasty, especially the halwa puri. Totally worth it if you plan on exploring the area!
One issue was the noise from outside the room, which was a bit distracting during the night.
